Are 'Patient' Brighton The Forest Template?

Gus Poyet's Seagulls have taken well to life in the Championship and the former Chelsea star has earned plenty of plaudits for the way his side plays the game.

Calling Brighton a 'role model' when looking ahead to Forest's seaside visit, O'Driscoll told the Nottingham Evening Post: "The crowd there are very patient.

"They will accept them passing the ball along the back, there is no great clamour to get the ball forward as quickly as possible.

"That has been built up over a period of time."

In a crowded Championship there are a host of teams within a few points of each other ahead of the festive period and Brighton striker Craig Mackail-Smith told The Argus: "We are playing a few teams around us so if we can beat them, start pushing ourselves up and create a little gap, then hopefully towards the end of the season it will be really exciting."
