Bees Boss On Forest Clash

The interim Head Coach has said he does not want the job permanently, despite an upturn in results under his charge, and expects the appointment of a new boss shortly.

Carsley is upbeat, however, about the Bees recent progression and says his squad has trained well during the international break.

Speaking about his opposite number on Saturday, he told the official Brentford FC website: “I know Dougie Freedman quite well and I know how hard he works and how much pressure he puts himself under.

"He has done well at Crystal Palace and Bolton Wanderers under difficult circumstances. It will be a tough game for us as they are a good team. I saw them play against Derby County and they got a good result."
