Bookies refuse to write off Forest's chances

The Reds are currently 11 points behind leaders Southend United and have won only one game away from home all season.

Despite that, they are generally seen as being in with a shout of winning what is a wide open division.

Forest were clear favourites in the summer to win League One and were well backed at the time. The potential payouts that the bookies will face if Gary Megson's side were to string a run together are probably the main reason why their price remains fairly short.

To gain promotion, either automatically or via the play-offs, Forest are 5/2 shots.
