Coach Brian Eastick has been talking to the Nottingham Post this week and said: "There may be players who felt they did not get a chance last season, and this is a fresh start for them too.
"But it is entirely down to the players as to the journey they will take.
"They are in control of their own destiny and it will all boil down to attitude and how they apply themselves in training."
One player unlikely to be part of the new era however is Rafik Djebbour with the Algerian claiming to have reached agreement over a deal to terminate his Reds contract.
