Comebacks start for injured trio

Dexter Blackstock, Paul  Anderson and Garath McCleary have rejoined Steve Cotterill's first team squad as they all look to put their injury problems behind them and regain their fitness. They are all hopeful of getting some match practice over the next few weeks.

Blackstock has been absent for nearly 12 months, Anderson has only played in two games and McCleary has not figured at all this season. Their return to the squad is a timely boost for the new boss who is continuing his search for new players through the loan system.

Steve Cotterill is said to be interested in attempting to bring midfielder Liam Lawrence from his old club Portsmouth and is considering a substantial bid.
