Forest announce cutbacks

The statement, on the official club website reads: 'Nottingham Forest have today announced that due to a potential fall in income of £3.5 million as a direct result of relegation from the Coca-Cola Championship, cost reductions are being made in all areas of the operation with the exception of the first-team squad, the Academy and coaching staff.'

Chief executive Mark Arthur has said that funds will still be made available to boss Gary Megson.
