Forest boss not getting carried away

Nottingham Forest manager Colin Calderwood reiterated that getting out of League One remained his main focus after seeing his side deservedly knock Premiership strugglers Charlton Athletic out of the FA Cup on Saturday.

"We'll take some joy from this result, but perhaps not as much as you'd think," said the Scot after the 2-0 win.

"The whole season is about May and about this club getting promoted.

"We've had a funny couple of weeks and after losing 5-0 to Oldham we hope to have restored some faith in our fans. We must prove that was a one-off."
