The Nottingham Forest number one was in sparkling form despite his side falling to a 3-2 defeat against West Ham in ther FA Cup.
Davies, who said afterwards he was 'proud' of his team's display against their Premier League opponents, told the official club website: "The England manager was here today and saw Lee Camp produce some great saves.
"His performances have been good all season and he has a great attitude to work."
