A narrow defeat at Championship rivals Rotherham United on Wednesday night saw Forest coach Brian Eastick praise the defensive work of his side as new signings Jack Hunt and Michael Mancienne both started.
"The whole back four did very well, there was some good rotation in the midfield and we played through the pitch very well," was Eastick's verdict.
Attention now turns to Dean Lewington's testimonial in Milton Keynes where Forest will hope to step up their preparations once again and boost their output in the final third of the field.
