22-year-old central defender Dawson left the City Ground in a big-money double deal with Andy Reid in January 2005.
Although Irish winger Reid made the most impact to begin with, Dawson has become a regular in a Spurs side that is chasing 4th place in the Premiership and a spot in next season's Champions League.
