League One side Peterborough United provide the opposition at London Road where George Boyd, on loan to Forest at the end of last season, insists he has nothing to prove against Billy Davies' side.

Quoted in the Peterborough Evening Telegraph, the 24-year-old said: "I'm looking forward to seeing the Forest lads again as they are a good bunch and I am sure they will have a great chance of promotion this season.

"But I don't feel that I have anything to prove.

"I feel that over the whole season I showed that I could play at Championship level and hopefully I'll be back there soon enough with Posh."

Kidderminster manager Steve Burr meanwhile will use the fixture at Aggborough to make a final decision on a number of trialists.

He told the Express & Star: “We are in a view now where we have got to start whittling down the trialists and making decisions, to give them a fair opportunity to get fixed up elsewhere if they are not in our plans.

“There are good things we have seen from them and other things that make you think they are not quite up to this level."
