Both players were injured during Forest's 3-0 win over Sheffield United at the City Ground with Louis-Jean coming off 20 minutes before the end with a groin injury.

Manager Paul Hart remains hopeful that both players will make it in time for the trip to Selhurst Park where Forest will be looking to extend their unbeaten run to nine league games.

"Louis-Jean felt some discomfort in his groin and had to come off. It shouldn't be too serious, but we'll keep an eye on him this week," Hart the club's official website.

"Williams took a kick on the bottom of one of his feet. He went to hospital for an X-ray but was given the all-clear. It's just very sore".
