Interest being shown in Jack

Lester, 27, is believed to be leaving Forest on a free transfer and it looks like a race between two clubs according to recent rumours.

Coventry City and Grimsby Town seem to be the front runners for his signature. Gary McAllister and Paul Groves have both expressed an interest in the Sheffield-born forward.

It is unknown whether Lester would prefer a move to old club Grimsby or to midlands rivals Coventry. Either way, it looks as though his future will lie away from The City Ground come July.

Lester starts his three-match suspension against Stoke City this week following his alleged headbutt on Ipswich's Jim Magilton.
