Forest haven't had a natural right-sided midfielder all season with the likes of Eugen Bopp and more recently, Brian Cash filling the gap. Impey nearly signed for Forest in a £2m deal prior to joining Martin O'Neill at Leicester instead.
Alan Rogers has failed to break into Micky Adams' squad, mainly because of fitness reasons. He enjoyed a fiesty reception in his last appearence at The City Ground.
