Forest striker Jack Lester has been banned for three matches after being charged with violent conduct by the F.A.

Lester, who has struggled to even find a place on the bench in recent weeks, will miss the games against Stoke, Watford and Gillingham.

The incident happened on the halfway line mid-way through the first-half of Forest's 2-1 victory over the Tractor Boys.
