NFFC Transfers: Where Will Keeper Merry-Go-Round Stop?

Last updated : 13 June 2015 By Forest

Dougie Freedman wants a new custodian to compete with Dorus de Vries next season with the Scot feeling that Dimitar Evtimov is not quite ready yet for the rigours of the Championship.

From Manchester United to AS Roma, a number of goalkeepers have been mentioned in connection with a City Ground move over the course of the summer so far while a number of number ones have already signed for new clubs.

Adam Bogdan has left Bolton Wanderers for Liverpool with Freedman's former club set to sign Ben Amos to replace him. Amos, who is out of contract at Old Trafford this summer, has also been linked with Forest.

Former England goalkeeper Scott Carson has joined Derby County from Wigan Athletic while one-time Reds loanee Colin Doyle has ended his long association with Birmingham City to join Blackpool.

Championship newcomers Bristol City, meanwhile, are said to be keen on another ex-Forest man, Lee Camp of Bournemouth.
