Nottingham Forest boss 'embarrassed' by cup exit

The Reds were comfortably beaten by their League Two opponents and again had a man sent off to complete a dismal hat-trick of defeats in this year's cup competitions.

"Chester played well and scored from the first two shots they had, but we did nothing the other way," said Megson after the game.

"Apart from Wes Morgan, not one player could say they were remotely pleased with their performance. A lot aren't doing enough to justify being selected.

"We've lost to Macclesfield in the Carling Cup, we lost to Woking in the LDV, and now come to Chester and lost."
