In a welcome move this year, the BBC have restored the draw to its traditional Monday slot with the added bonus of live television and radio coverage.
Second Round ties begin on Friday night when Hartlepool host Blyth Spartans and 40 teams will battle it out over the weekend to join the Premier League and Championship clubs at the next stage.
Nottingham Forest have been given ball number 30 for the draw while ties are scheduled for 3 and 4 January 2015.
