Poor run will end now - Davies

Forest's seventh game without a win leaves them precariously placed in sixth position in the table, and while Davies admitted his side deserved to lose against Swansea, he expects a return to winning ways is not far off.

"I felt we didn't deserve anything from the game. I was disappointed with the way we gave away possession and Swansea were a yard sharper," he said.

"But we could have sneaked it. We had a couple of headers and hit a post. However, it doesn't matter where you are at the end of the March, it's where you are at the end of the season that matters.

"Experience has taught me to come into periods like this now. We have been affected by injuries but we will have some of them back after the international break.

"I'm extremely optimistic and excited and I believe we're at the end of our blip. I have reached the play-offs five times in six years so do not tell me nothing is impossible."
