The experienced Davidson returned to action against Doncaster in midweek after an injury lay-off and is looking forward to facing his former Deepdale boss Billy Davies. "I think that there is only about two or three of us left from the time that Billy was here so he will be a familiar face to us and the fans," he told the official PNE website. "I don't particularly like looking at the table when we are sitting in the bottom half so let's hope we can push ourselves back up the table." Danny Welbeck resumed his loan spell from Manchester United on Wednesday but has suffered another injury blow and will miss the Forest clash.
"It will be good to see them all, I am desperate to beat Forest and hopefully push our way up the table.
