Reid saga continues...

The 21-year-old looks set to leave the City Ground with Tottenham Hotspur the likely destination but Forest chairman Nigel Doughty has moved quickly to quash rumours of an already agreed deal.

He said: "It is common knowledge that we turned down £5 million plus Rohan Ricketts in January,"

"But no deal has been done for the end of the season."

Reid had a hand in both Forest's goals during their victory over Ipswich Town at Portman Road on Saturday and could well add to his tally of 13 goals in the Reds' remaining games against Wigan and West Brom.

Meanwhile, Forest striker Marlon King has agreed to play for Jamaica. He qualifies through his parents but could have played for the Republic of Ireland through his grandmother or England because he was born in London.

The 24-year-old could appear for the Reggae Boyz against Venezuela in Kingston on Wednesday.
