Rogers leaves

The 29-year-old had been hoping to win a permanent move to Hull City after a loan spell there last season but the departure of manager Peter Taylor looks to have ended that chance.

Rogers had a year left on his Nottingham Forest contract but after falling out of favour under the Gary Megson regime he always looked unlikely to play for the club again.
