Rovers boss still keen on Forest chances

Little brings his side to the City Ground knowing that they, like Forest have so far failed to live up to their pre-season billing while unfancied sides Swansea and Southend are at the top of the table.

However the experienced Little said: "While some teams have had a great start I am not convinced the table will look the same at the end of the season as it does now.

"Forest have a great squad but as Gary has said on a few occasions he has not got the blend quite right at the moment.

"But I don't think they are out of it. They have some very talented players who was still finding it a little difficult to adjust to this division and are still suffering from the setback of relegation last season. But I would not rule them out.

"You often find that teams who are tipped to do well and start badly find a route back at the end, as Sheffield Wednesday did last season."
