Southend hotshot linked with Forest move

21-year-old Eastwood started last season in non-league football but ended it with 24 goals for League Two side Southend including one of the goals in their play-off final victory at Cardiff.

Brighton are also said to be keen on the player but whether they or Forest could match the £750,000 placed on Eastwood's head remains to be seen.
