"I've known him for a long time, going back to his days at Dagenham and Redbridge, and it's nice to be able to help an old friend.
"Obviously Weymouth go to Forest as big underdogs but there is no reason why they can't cause an upset up there.
"After all, Garry has a great pedigree in the FA Cup and certainly knows how to mastermind cup shocks.
"He's done it before and I don't see why he can't again.
"Forest are not invincible and Weymouth have to believe they can do it. Certainly I believe they can and hopefully I've given Garry a few useful pointers. "
