The 22-year-old enjoyed an impressive stint at Underhill earlier this campaign, scoring four goals in 15 League Two starts.
However, his stay was prematurely ended by injury in November.
"We are delighted to welcome Mark back to Underhill," Barnet first-team coach Michael Stone told the club`s official website.
"He was in a rich vein of form before his injury and he was beginning to show everybody what a good player he is.
"We all hope he can continue where he left off."
