"I want someone who wants to be a team player and nothing else, not someone who wants the kudos of being a Nottingham Forest player and comes to - hopefully - win a championship at the end of the season.

"He must also be able to earn the respect of the players we have already got in the dressing room because they are a good group and they know what is good and what is bad."
