"It's going to be a great night for my family and my boys," said Walker.
"It will just be a great way to say goodbye to the fans because I did leave a bit abruptly this year. I'm really looking forward to it.
"It's a great place to play football. I have lived in the city virtually my whole adult life and it's been brilliant."
