Blues have responded to what is usually a tough game to sell on the final Saturday before Christmas by cutting prices to £10 for adults, £5 for concessions and £1 for under-13's.
Although they have no obligation to extend the deal to visiting supporters these prices are available to all and Forest have already sold out their allocation of 2,007 with a further 868 tickets being sent.
The Reds FA Cup tie against West Ham United, meanwhile, has been chosen for live ITV coverage and will kick off at 12pm on Sunday 5 January.
