Nottingham Forest resume Championship action after the international break with a trip to Ashton Gate to face the side currently bottom of the division after their impressive promotion from League One last time around.
Manager Steve Cotterill has now added former City Ground striker Simon Cox on loan from Reading until the beginning of January as well as Norwich City winger Elliott Bennett.
Both could make debuts against the Reds on Friday 16 October although only five of the six loan signings currently at Cotterill's disposal can be named in a matchday squad.
