"We want to be better than we are and we know the fans are getting frustrated but some players won't be able to cope with that pressure," said the Priestfield boss after the Boxing Day draw with Southend.

"Nobody wants to be up the table more than me and the chairman (Paul Scally) but it takes time and everybody has got to realise that."
