Hull turned in possibly their best display of the season to ease past Derby on Tuesday night and will look to make it two out of two at home against the Reds.
"I think we're starting to show now that we're getting it together," striker Jay Simpson told the Hull Daily Mail.
"I'm looking forward to Forest now on Saturday.
"The atmosphere the fans create at the KC Stadium is a real buzz and our home form is very good, so hopefully we can continue that."
