The FA Cup 4th Round meeting was set up by a quickfire hat-trick from Garner in Preston's recent replay against Ipswich Town which made it 12 goals in 11 appearances for the former Nottingham Forest man prior to Saturday's 1-1 draw against Coventry City.
Admission prices for the game have been reduced to £10 for adults and £5 for under-18's and over-65's if purchased prior to matchday.
The eagerly awaited clash away to Derby County, meanwhile, has been chosen for live television coverage by Sky Sports and will now kick-off at 12:15pm on Saturday 22 March.
