Nowland out for season

Nowland has suffered with a hamstring injury since his £250,000 switch from West Ham earlier in the campaign and has been ordered to rest the injury until the summer.

The former Wimbledon man, out of action since January said: "I was desperate to play to try to help the team in our current situation. If my contract was up at the end of the season then you could probably do some long-term damage by trying to play when you shouldn't.

"At least I know I can get my hamstring right, but I still wish I was playing."
