O'Neill, Forest and a Middle East consortium?

The Daily Express suggests that a Middle East consortium is keen to take over Nottingham Forest, and that if successful, would look to tempt former City Ground star Martin O'Neill away from Premier League Aston Villa to become the new Reds manager.
